Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Journey Junction. By booking travel services through our website or agents, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Booking and Contract

  • A contract between you and Journey Junction is formed when we issue a booking confirmation upon receipt of your booking request and payment.
  • All travelers must complete the booking form accurately with all required details before confirmation.
  • By booking, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions on your own behalf and on behalf of all travelers in your party.

2. Payment

  • A deposit, typically 25% of the total booking cost, is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
  • Full payment must be made at least 30 days prior to the start of the tour or as specified in your booking confirmation.
  • For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.
  • Payments can be made via online payment gateways, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other methods as communicated by Journey Junction.
  • A surcharge of up to 3% may apply for credit card payments.

3. Prices and Surcharges

  • All prices quoted are based on current tariffs and rates available at the time of publication and are subject to change without prior notice due to supplier price changes, fuel surcharges, taxes, or currency fluctuations.
  • You will be informed of any price changes in advance and are required to pay any increased costs.
  • Failure to pay additional costs may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or post and are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of Journey Junction, which can be reviewed in detail at:

  • Cancellation charges vary depending on the time of cancellation prior to departure and may include supplier cancellation fees.
  • Refund processing timelines and procedures are outlined in the refund policy.
  • Journey Junction reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances including insufficient bookings, force majeure events, or supplier failure.
  • In case of tour cancellation by Journey Junction, clients will receive a full refund or credit for future travel.

5. Travel Documents and Visas

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to hold valid passports, visas, travel permits, health certificates, and other documents necessary for travel.
  • Journey Junction may provide guidance or assistance but is not responsible for passports, visas, or entry requirements.
  • Failure to obtain correct documentation may result in denied boarding or entry without refund.

6. Health and Safety

  • Travelers must inform Journey Junction of any medical or dietary conditions at the time of booking.
  • Travel insurance covering health, accidents, cancellations, and personal belongings is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for participation.
  • Journey Junction reserves the right to refuse or remove travelers from tours if health or behavior poses risks to themselves or others.

7. Liability

  • Journey Junction acts as an agent for the suppliers of travel services (hotels, airlines, transport operators, etc.) and is not liable for the acts, delays, cancellations, or failures of these suppliers.
  • Liability for direct damages caused by Journey Junction’s negligence shall not exceed the total paid by the client for the tour.
  • Journey Junction disclaims liability for loss, injury, damage, delay, or additional expenses resulting from force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Client Conduct

  • Travelers must act responsibly and comply with local laws and regulations during tours.
  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund and possible liability for additional costs.

9. Complaints

  • Complaints must be reported immediately to Journey Junction representatives while on the tour and formally in writing within 7 days of tour completion.
  • Journey Junction will endeavor to resolve issues promptly and fairly.

10. Privacy

  • Client data is processed according to the Journey Junction Privacy Policy, available on our website.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian law.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
