In 2024, the year was magnificent for us as we shifted to a new office and welcomed new staff members. This fresh environment and expanded team brought new energy and capabilities, helping us improve our services and grow stronger as an organization.

In 2023, we began receiving clients from outside Mumbai as well, marking a significant expansion of our reach. Our business was doing well, and we noticed a growing trend towards corporate bookings.

By now, we had successfully built a strong reputation, and people began to trust Journey Junction and showed their affection and loyalty towards us. This trust and love from our customers reflected the confidence they had in our services and encouraged us to grow further and provide even better travel experiences.

In 2021, we made a fresh start as the impact of COVID-19 was gradually decreasing. People’s eagerness to travel again gave us a good opportunity to restart our travel agency, and we slowly began to regain momentum and rebuild our business with renewed hope and energy.

In 2020, we started our travel agency with great enthusiasm, but due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we had to temporarily halt our operations.
